Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-person therapy sessions in Minnesota, with support from a nationwide network. Providers will maintain autonomy over scheduling and work primarily in-person sessions, while Rula handles marketing, billing and tech support.

Qualifications include LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP licenses and California licensure. Office space is required for in-person care, and referrals are guided by a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or LCP license.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Ability to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes for sessions.
• Collaborate with Rula team and participate in case consultations.
