Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to join our nationwide network, offering in-person sessions with autonomy over your schedule. We provide marketing, billing, and tech support so you can focus on client care.

As a Rula therapist, you’ll meet ongoing standards of care, track outcomes, and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to quality behavioral health for individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP in California.
• Licensed in California and eligible for in-person sessions.
• Ability to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and telehealth sessions as arranged.
• Adhere to clinical standards and measure outcomes with clients.
• Engage in scheduling autonomy and maintain client care continuity.
• Utilize admin support to focus on clinical work.
