Job summary

Rula is expanding its nationwide network of licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate in-person therapy. You’ll receive admin support for credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech, so you can focus on client care.

Schedule autonomy lets you decide how many clients you see, with in-person care optional if you arrange your own office space. Minimum qualifications include CA licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP) and the ability to provide in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed CA licenses to practice (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LCP).
• Licensed to practice in California and able to provide in-person sessions.
• Ability to set own schedule and manage client referrals independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with Rula's admin tools and billing support.
• Engage in outcome monitoring using measurement-informed approaches.
