Spring Mountain Treatment Center, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., seeks a Full-time Therapist (LCSW) to support Intensive Outpatient and Inpatient programs in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes bio-psychosocial assessments, case management, and daily group therapy under supervision.

The ideal candidate has an LCSW with 1–3 years psychiatric experience, strong group facilitation, and willingness to lead treatment planning and family communications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Current Nevada license required (LMSW/CSW-I/LCSIOPW/LCPC).
• 1–3 years experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Knowledge of psychiatric treatment principles and hospital standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques to individuals and families for diagnosing emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct individual, group or family sessions per the treatment plan.
• Establish therapeutic relationships and provide patient care within program policies.
• Develop initial treatment plans based on assessments and coordinate services as needed.
• Document therapy services according to facility and professional standards.
