LifeStance Health, a national provider of mental healthcare, is seeking licensed therapists for its Chandler clinic. We offer a competitive compensation package with flexible schedules, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program.
Fully licensed in Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with experience serving adults or children/adolescents is required. We provide malpractice insurance and a 401K with a 4% match, among other advantages.

- Experienced working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
