Job summary

LifeStance Health in Virginia is seeking licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our clinical team in outpatient settings. We offer a full-time W-2 role with on-site and hybrid options, and a compensation model based on productivity.

Successful candidates will provide therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents, be proficient with EHR and telehealth platforms, and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• Virginia licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) required.
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Proficient with EHR, telehealth tools, MS 365/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents in outpatient settings.
• Deliver clinical services with a focus on patient care and clinical excellence.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
