Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with integrated care team to monitor progress.

• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
