Kindbridge Behavioral Health is seeking licensed therapists in California for a part-time remote role focused on gambling and gaming disorders. The organization provides mentorship, certification support, and a range of administrative aids to allow clinicians to focus on evidence-based care.

We offer clinical training, credentialing assistance, and a collaborative team environment where therapists expand expertise in behavioral addictions within teletherapy.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in California (LPC/LPCC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent)
• Interest in gambling and gaming disorders
• Desire to pursue ICGC-I certification with company support
• Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Willingness to work part-time remotely

Responsabilités

• Provide remote therapy to individuals with gambling, gaming, and related behavioral health challenges
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary telehealth team
• Maintain licensure and meet clinical supervision/mentorship requirements
• Document sessions and coordinate with credentialing and billing teams
• Participate in ongoing clinical trainings and ICGC-I certification process

We're seeking part-time Therapists licensed to practice in California (residency in CA not required) who are interested in expanding their clinical skill set, working with a unique client population, and making a meaningful impact through flexible, remote work.
