The position involves collaboration with psychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians, focusing on individual and family therapy, assessments, and treatment planning in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in Texas.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
• Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
