Job summary

Kindbridge Behavioral Health is seeking licensed therapists in Alaska for flexible, part-time teletherapy. You will treat individuals facing gambling, gaming, and related behavioral challenges from a remote setting, while benefiting from mentorship and opportunities to pursue ICGC-I certification.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in Alaska (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).
• Interest in gambling disorder, gaming disorder, and related behavioral challenges.
• Desire to pursue ICGC-I certification with company support.
• Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients remotely as part of a part-time schedule.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing mentorship, clinical supervision, and professional development.
• Assist with and pursue ICGC-I credentialing with company sponsorship and support.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure high-quality teletherapy services.

As online gambling and gaming continue to expand, so does the need for specialized behavioral health care. At Kindbridge Behavioral Health, a Joint Commission-accredited telehealth organization, we help individuals and families affected by gambling, gaming, and related challenges while providing therapists the opportunity to build expertise in this growing field.

We're seeking part-time Therapists licensed to practice in Alaska (residency in AK not required) who are interested in expanding their clinical skill set, working with a unique client population, and making a meaningful impact through flexible, remote work.
