Job summary

Entune Behavioral Health is seeking licensed therapists/counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW) in Glendale to join a therapist-first team. Roles include individual, couples, family, and group therapy, with built-in case load growth and minimal admin burden.

The position supports full-time and part-time hours in Arizona, with sign-on and referral bonuses and a robust benefits package. Therapists will operate within a supportive, HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active AZ license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LAC/LMSW).
• Independently Licensed clinician (required).
• CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (preferred).
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) - Advanced MD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including diagnoses, billing, assessments, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to evaluate client needs and monitor progress.
• Assess risk of harm to self or others and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Refer clients to internal services and community resources.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Support and oversee associate-level clinicians as needed.
• Deliver evidence-based care aligned with best practices.
