Anabranch Recovery Center in Terre Haute, Indiana is seeking a Licensed Therapist to support addiction recovery. This onsite role offers a sign-on bonus and an opportunity to provide counseling to individuals and families, conduct assessments, and coordinate aftercare.

The counselor will lead group and individual sessions and work with insurance carriers and referrals as part of comprehensive care. The position requires a master's degree in a related field with licensure and typically involves

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of post-master’s degree professional experience in addictions, therapy, or counseling.
• Must have current licensure or certifications as a social worker, professional counselor, therapist or addiction counselor per state agency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify history, current presentation, problem areas, and treatment needs.
• Carry out ongoing assessments of chemical dependence services as required by the program.
• Prepare and update initial treatment plans and progress reviews; document as required.
• Lead group counseling, individual, or family sessions; implement evidence-supported treatment modalities and document outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling; plan and document aftercare.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and referral sources; perform case management duties.
