Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure in SC (LPC/LMFT/LISW-CP/LMSW/LPC-A/LP) as required.
• Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to treat children, adolescents, adults, and families, with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy across age groups.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, deliver interventions.
• Maintain accurate, ethical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional to join our diverse team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of populations and presenting issues. This role is a great fit for a therapist looking to engage in meaningful work, enjoy clinical autonomy, and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to a variety of age groups
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Participate in supervision (if applicable), team meetings, and continuing education opportunities
• Collaborate with other providers and community stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active licensure in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, LMSW, LPC-A or LP)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferredComfortable treating children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Credentialed with Medicaid or private insurance panels
• Training in trauma-focused, systemic, or evidence-based modalities
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
