Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Michigan to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Troy, MI. The role supports a large national network with admin support and flexible scheduling.

Candidates must be independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD) and available for at least 25 client sessions weekly, with extensive telehealth experience and proficiency in EHR tools.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD)
• Available for minimum 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating varied clients
• Confident with telehealth and EHR tools

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions
• Manage a full caseload with timely documentation and coordination
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in ongoing supervision and training
• Support scheduling, credentialing, and administrative processes to focus on patient care
