Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in Conway, AR, with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Independently licensed professionals including LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or CP (Licensed Psychologist) are encouraged to apply and serve diverse clients.

You’ll receive administrative support, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Arkansas (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/CP).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Confident using modern clinical technology (telehealth and EHR).
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical community across Thriveworks locations.
