Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in Providence, RI, with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and offers administrative support, credentialing, scheduling, and ongoing training.

Applicants must be independently licensed in Rhode Island and available for 15 sessions weekly. Compensation is up to $60,300 with bonus opportunities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Rhode Island (LCMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.
• Comfort working with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
