Job summary

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Connecticut — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Collaborate with clinical teammates to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure treatment plans are followed
