Job summary

Thriveworks Gilbert, AZ is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a hybrid model of telehealth and in-person sessions. You’ll maintain a full caseload, emphasize measurable progress, and collaborate with a growing clinical community. The role supports ongoing credentialing, orientation, and flexible scheduling, with seven days a week coverage from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Up to $100,300 annually depending on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Arizona (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth or face-to-face sessions.
• Support client progress and document using EHR systems.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and contribute positively.
