Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Wilmington, DE. We support clinicians by enabling them to focus on delivering quality care and maintaining notes within 24 hours, while offering paths to leadership roles.

Eligible candidates hold DE licenses (LPCMH/LMFT/LCSW or DE-licensed Psychologists with PhD/PsyD). This is a physician-like clinical role within a private practice network with substantial benefits and a guaranteed base plus

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed independent licenses in Delaware.
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Wilmington, DE.
• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Maintain timely documentation (notes within 24 hours).
• Collaborate with team and participate in leadership/supervisor growth opportunities.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Wilmington, DE.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Delaware:

• LPCMH or LMFT or LCSW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation:

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
