Job summary

Thriveworks in Bensalem, PA is hiring licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions to support 175,000+ clients nationwide.

We offer a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours per week, a full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and loan repayment assistance; clinical supervision in select states, and flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Pennsylvania — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Manage a full caseload with flexibility for telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in ongoing supervision and quality improvement.
