Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to more than 175,000 clients nationwide. The role combines telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Houston, TX, with a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week.

Independently licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD licensed psychologist) and able to see at least 25 sessions weekly, you’ll join a behavioral health generalist team.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Compensation

Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
