The Licensed Target Store Manager aims to make guests happy by providing a fun and straightforward experience to see and look great. This role involves leading a team of high-performing team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet all brand goals and commitments.
Pay Range: $32.35 - $57.85
Compensation is influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Additional bonus or commission plans may also be offered.
