Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program serving seniors. You will provide therapy and wellness services, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a care team to improve residents' independence.

This role emphasizes telehealth support, care coordination, and a supportive culture with flexible schedules and opportunities for leadership and professional development.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
