EmpowerMe Wellness in Missouri is seeking licensed therapy professionals to join the EmpowerMe 360 program serving seniors in local communities. You will deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized plans.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support care coordination, and help residents maximize independence and safety in everyday activities, with a predictable schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
