Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid state license in massage therapy.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous spa experience preferred.
• Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide massages and body treatments to guests.
• Create an environment of relaxation and lasting guest memories.
• Adhere to universal precautions and sanitation standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain benefits to guests.
• Recommend products for home use and other spa services.
• Ensure clean, properly set work areas per procedures.
• Inform Lead Therapist and Spa Director about product needs.
• Create and maintain client cards and treatment notes.
