Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our behavioral health team at the Campbell County Jail in Kentucky. In this full-time role, you will deliver critical mental health services in a safe, structured environment alongside medical and correctional professionals.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care to help inmates move forward—one conversation at a time.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in KY or eligibility for licensure as LCSW or LPC.
• Experience delivering mental health services in a jail/correctional setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and ongoing therapeutic care to inmates.
• Develop treatment plans and document progress in client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, structured care.
