Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker in MA.
• Experience in nursing home care preferred.
• Vaccinated and boosted per MA DoPH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Address psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs of residents in a skilled nursing center.
• Develop and/or aid in access to services for residents.
• Follow NASW Code of Ethics and applicable government regulations to support resident well-being.
