Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Indio is seeking an on-call Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), LMFT, or LPCC to provide clinical and casework services within our Riverside Crisis Stabilization context. The role supports recovery planning and collaboration with other services, with potential supervision responsibilities.

Shifts vary (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 3:00 – 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Starting pay ranges from $36.03 to $44.50 per hour, with geographic differentials.

Qualifications

• Must have valid and current license with behavioral health board in your practicing state (LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, LPCC, QMHP, QMHA).
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, psychology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of direct service experience in a behavioral health setting.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Social Work Clinician III independently provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports. This involves person centered recovery planning and collaborating with other services and agencies. May act in the role of a clinical supervisor of unlicensed staff.

Shifts Available:

Varies as needed. Shifts are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 3:00 - 11:00 PM; 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.

Expected starting wage range is $36.03 - $44.50. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

Our 12-chair facility has a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, psychiatric prescribers, nursing staff, and peer specialists who are all here to help you on your path.

Our services emphasize choice-making skills and harm-reduction techniques. We provide a safe, respectful environment where you can receive immediate, individualized assistance and a compassionate presence to stabilize symptoms, avoid the need for higher levels of care, and receive appropriate referrals to community-based resources.
