Job summary

Spring Health is seeking licensed therapists in Ohio to deliver psychotherapy within a tech-enabled, AI-assisted platform. You’ll provide care for adults with potential for families, couples, and adolescents, while meeting state supervision requirements.

The role supports a flexible schedule and remote or hybrid delivery across the United States, backed by a dedicated provider support team and LISW-S supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active Ohio LISW-S supervision eligibility and engagement.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (CBT/DBT/EMDR/ACT/CPT).
• NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR).
• Ability to manage caseload, notes, and case files online.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults via in-person, hybrid, or telehealth modalities.

We are seeking qualified therapists to join our clinical team and deliver care with a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first. We have a need for providers open to offering in-person or hybrid services throughout the United States.

What You'll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing many sessions as medically necessary.




• Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.




• Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.




• Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our EHR.




• Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that are tailored to your client’s needs.




• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.




• You will participate in supervision, maintain accurate work-experience logs, complete quarterly reviews, and follow all supervisory documentation and approval requirements required by the state of Ohio.




• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.

Who You Are:

• You hold an active, unrestricted Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in Ohio and are eligible to practice psychotherapy under appropriate clinical supervision with a LISW-S in Ohio.




• You have a NPI 1 (National Provider Identifier - individual provider) number; if you do not already have one, please apply for one through the NPPES site.




• You have active Malpractice Insurance.




• You have earned a master’s degree in social work from a program accredited by, or in candidacy for accreditation by, the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)




• You agree to work with a Spring Health-assigned Ohio LISW-S and participate in required clinical and training supervision throughout your contract, including a minimum of one supervision hour for every 20 qualifying work hours.




• Have a dedicated office space in which to provide virtual therapy reliable internet at the location where you provide therapy is required




• You're comfortable with technology, have the ability to manage an online calendar, are comfortable completing notes, reviewing case files and general documentation online, and are comfortable delivering therapy via Zoom when needed




• You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT. Specialized modalities such as EMDR should only be represented or practiced when the applicable training requirements have been completed.




• You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.




• You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.




• You can work independently within the boundaries of your license while actively seeking supervision, consultation, and support when needed.




• You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinical care navigators.




• You are open to using clinically integrated AI tools that support your practice, strengthen continuity of care for clients, and keep human judgment at the center of care.

The target range for this position is $45-$48 per 55 minute session. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations
