Holy Angels in Shreveport, LA is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Social Services (Licensed Social Worker) to support residents at the Holy Angels Residential Facility. You will guide admissions, advocate for residents’ rights, coordinate with social, legal and admissions teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal licensing rules.

Requires a Master’s in Social Work, a current SW license, at least 5 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license; responsibilities include records

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• Current Social Work license.
• Minimum 5 years of social work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admissions process and conduct tours for potential residents.
• Coordinate master resident files and update as needed.
• Maintain staffing lists and update family contacts.
• Review and update Social Services section of the Individual Program Plan.
• Liaise with attorney regarding residents’ rights and legal status.
• Safeguard residents’ rights and confidentiality; investigate abuse/neglect.
• Coordinate with Admission and Resident Services Directors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
