Essenti Talent is seeking a licensed Sheet Metal Installer in Malden/Greater Boston, MA, with a secondary hub in Haverhill, MA. The role pays $40-$50 per hour, dependent on experience, and requires an active MA sheet metal/HVAC installer license.

You will layout, fabricate, and install complex ductwork for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, reading blueprints, following safety codes, and delivering top-tier workmanship on every site.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Sheet Metal/HVAC installer license.
• Proven long-term experience as a senior-level mechanic or journeyman.
• Commitment to teamwork, learning, and pride in craft.

Responsibilities

• Install, fabricate, and install HVAC ductwork and air-moving equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematics to execute installations from design to completion.
• Follow safety standards and Massachusetts codes on every site.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and timely service.
