Responsibilities

• Install, fabricate and lay out HVAC ductwork and air-moving equipment on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation from design to completion.
• Follow all project specifications, safety standards, and Massachusetts codes on each site.

Location: Malden & Greater Boston, MA (with a secondary hub in Haverhill, MA)

Salary: $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for a licensed and experienced Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the high-quality layout, assembly, and installation of complex ductwork and air-moving systems across a variety of environments.

• Install & Fabricate: Mount, secure, and layout commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC ductwork and air-moving equipment.
• Execute Plans: Read blueprints and schematics to ensure precise system installations from design to completion.
• Maintain Safety: Follow strict project specifications, safety standards, and local Massachusetts building codes on every site.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide the high-level, consistent workmanship our customers rely on—helping us maintain our promise of timely, top-tier service.
