You will oversee daily operations, develop stylists, and foster a positive, team-driven culture while managing the business with integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa cosmetology or barber license.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, scheduling, inventory, and POS.
• Coach and develop stylists; build a winning team.
• Manage product ordering, inventory, and merchandising.
• Maintain service standards and hands-on MVP haircuts.
