Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hairstylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow into leadership while continuing to cut hair.

Salary ranges from $31–$36+ hourly with tips and commissions, plus a full benefits package including insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and professional training.

Qualifications

• Licensed in North Carolina (Cosmetology or Barber).
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber, men’s cutting preferred.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
