As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Qualifications

• Active TX cosmetology or barber license required.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and POS.
• Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while building a team culture.
• Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising.
• Maintain service standards, resolve concerns, ensure quality customer experience.
• Support payroll and administrative needs while ensuring licensing compliance.
