Sport Clips Haircuts in Winston-Salem is seeking Salon Managers, Assistant Managers and Hair Stylists to lead a team of cosmetologists and deliver outstanding customer service. The company offers ongoing training, a flexible schedule and opportunities to earn substantial income including tips.

Positions are based at local Sport Clips salons in the Triad area with options for full-time employment and a path to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Valid NC cosmetology license required (no barbers).
• Leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and people skills to guide a cosmetology team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty products sold in-store.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our 10 locally owned & independently operated Sport Clips hair salons in the Triad Area are looking for talented leaders who are passionate about men’s hair and making their clients look great! Our team of professional cosmetologist is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our leaders and hair stylists so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends.

Requirements:

• A valid NC cosmetology license is required (unfortunately we can’t hire barbers)
• Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team of cosmetologist.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Positions in Greensboro, Burlington, Kernersville, High Point, Clemmons, Winston-Salem (we are not able to hire Barbers – Cosmetologists only)
