Job summary

Sport Clips is seeking an experienced PRO Leader for our Anna, TX location to drive daily operations, team development, client satisfaction, and community involvement. The role requires proven Sport Clips experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for coaching and building a winning team.

You will be responsible for opening, mid, and closing shifts, managing schedules, and ensuring top standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering an exceptional haircut

Qualifications

• Proven Sport Clips experience (Stylist, Assistant Manager, or Manager).
• Natural leader with strong communication skills.
• Loves coaching and building up the team.
• Reliable, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere where stylists love to work and clients love to visit.
• Own the results — client experience, store goals, and team growth.
• Coach and develop stylists to reach their full potential.
• Deliver the Sport Clips MVP Championship Haircut Experience to every client.
• Drive sales, client satisfaction, and team performance.
• Manage scheduling and daily operations.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and TDLR compliance.

Pay:$60,000–$85,000 per year (base + bonuses + tips)
