Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking Licensed Hair Stylists to turn talent into earnings through performance-based pay and a strong guest flow. Your book, your income: top stylists working 30+ hours with loyal guests earn $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with up to 75% commission and clear career ladders.

We offer tools, marketing support, and training to grow your book and your earnings, plus PTO, health benefits, 401(k), and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Experience with client service and retail is a plus.

Responsibilities
