Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring Licensed Hair Stylists to join our growing team across states including VA. You’ll cut, color, and style, using provided tools and training, while building a strong book of clients and earning commissions and tips.

Open to those starting out or seasoned pros, with flexibility for peak hours, walk-ins, and growth through our 8-Level Career Ladder and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling as requested by clients.
• Consult with clients to determine desired outcomes and suggest services.
• Build and maintain a loyal client book to drive repeat business and tips.
• Collaborate with in-salon team and leverage marketing to attract walk-in guests.
