Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed hair stylists. Your income is based on performance, with top stylists earning $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips. We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your earnings.

Walk-in guests, marketing support, and ongoing education help you build your book. Benefits include PTO, paid education, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Flexibility for night/weekend/holiday shifts.
• Experience with cuts, fades, color, and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, color services, and styling per client needs.
