Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking talented Licensed Hair Stylists in Florida to join a growth-focused team. Your earnings come from client services, commissions, and tips, with an emphasis on building a loyal guest base.

With available promotions, extensive stylist training, and a supportive marketing program, you can grow your book and advance through our 8-level career ladder. Strong guest service and color/cut skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earnings.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultations.
• Bonus points if you have an established book.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling and grooming services.
• Engage with guests to grow your client book and increase earnings.
• Provide consultative recommendations and retail product suggestions.
• Maintain salon standards and uphold safety and hygiene practices.
