Job summary

Visionworks of America in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead who will be the face of the store, guiding customers through eyewear choices with warmth and expertise.

You will drive daily sales, train in optics products, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless patient journey from consultation to fitting.

This part-time role requires a current state optician license and a commitment to outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician License.
• Customer or patient experience preferred, but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continuous training.
• Execute daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.

The Role

Visionworks LicensedSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications
