Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and ensure the best patient journey. You will be trained on optics, products, and managed vision care to meet eyewear needs in a simple, human, bold way.

You will drive sales goals, engage with customers, and stay current on eyewear knowledge and training. This is a full-time, in-store role emphasizing service and results.

Qualifications

• Current State Opticians License is required.
• Customer or patient experience is preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through ongoing training.
• Performs day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.

The Role

A Visionworks Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Compensation range for the roles is listed above. Applicable salary rangers may differ across markets. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions.
