Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a licensed architect in Sacramento, CA with 15+ years delivering complex retail developments. The candidate will drive business development, expand client networks, and lead projects as Architect of Record, Project Manager, or Principal-in-Charge.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, growing partnerships, and serving as AOR on select retail projects based on experience. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 15+ years in retail projects.
• Strong network in Pacific Northwest and/or California.
• Proven business development experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee business development strategy for retail projects.
• Maintain, build, and expand relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
• Lead and serve as AOR on retail projects as PM or Principal-in-Charge.
