Job summary

Whitfield Regional Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care professional who has completed an Accredited Respiratory Care program and holds Alabama licensure (LRT/CRT/RRT). The candidate must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with staff, patients and visitors.

Responsibilities include maintaining ABG analyzer quality control, handling charting and recordkeeping, and preparing shift duty sheets for daily treatments, oxygen and diagnostics within a full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English clearly and communicate effectively.
• Graduate from an Accredited Respiratory Care program and hold Alabama licensure (LRT/CRT/RRT).
• Ability to work with personnel, visitors, patients and the general public.

• Participate in recordkeeping duties within the department, accounting records, patient charting.
