Qualifications

• MD Journeyperson Electrician License (or reciprocal) required.
• 3+ years of field experience in residential electrical work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Maryland residential codes.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel throughout the DMV area.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure NEC compliance.
• Install, repair, and replace electrical systems and components.
• Measure, cut, and bend conduit as required.
• Procure and manage materials for assigned work.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and drive company vehicles.
• Explain findings to customers and document service records.
• Mentor apprentices and support dispatch and team communication.
