Job summary

Eanes Heating & Air is seeking a licensed Residential Electrician to join its growing team in North Carolina. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems in residential homes while delivering exceptional customer service.

HVAC experience is a plus but not required, and you may travel within your service area to coordinate with dispatch. We value safety, code compliance, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Electrical License required.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience.
• Residential service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems in residential homes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and safety gear in your service vehicle.
• Travel to customer locations within your service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules.
• Communicate any delays or scheduling changes promptly to customers.
• Obtain customer approval and payment authorization upon job completion.
• Educate homeowners on repair versus replacement options.
• Generate and schedule replacement consultations when appropriate.
• Achieve performance goals and contribute to team success.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
