Kuhlman Electric in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Journeyman Residential Installer to turn pre-booked plans into on-site reality. You’ll perform residential installations with existing quotes, focusing on quality workmanship and homeowner property care.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pre-Sold Installs: Perform residential installations (panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting retrofits, etc.) that have been accurately quoted and booked.
• Knob & Tube Specialist: Navigate old work residential environments, remediation and fishing wires carefully.
• Precision & Cleanliness: Leave job sites cleaner than you found them and treat homes with respect.
• Service & Troubleshoot: Handle scheduled service calls to diagnose and repair residential issues efficiently.
• Efficiency: Manage your provided company vehicle and stock for the next job.

The Role: The Professional Installer

This is a production-focused role designed for the electrician who excels at execution. Our Estimators have already visited the home, scoped the work, and set the expectations—your job is to arrive on-site and turn that plan into a reality.
