Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Refrigeration Systems Operator's Certificate required.
• Knowledge of Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to work all shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to refrigeration, air condition, ventilation systems and auxiliary equipment.
• The incumbent will also perform other building maintenance duties within code standards as assigned.
