About the Role

Orchard is expanding to the greater Nashville, TN area in early 2025 and we are looking for a customer-focused, licensed and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our founding team there. At Orchard Brokerage, you can grow your business with the team that’s redefining the real estate experience. You’ll get high-quality seller appointments, access to unique client products to help you close, and the support you need for you and your clients to thrive. Get up to 4 seller appointments a month and make an extra $50-70k a year.

Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns over $50k a year and up to $200k but could earn more. There is no cap on earnings.

• An active and unrestricted Tennessee real estate license and are located in the Nashville/Mount Juliet area
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
